The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· In order that we can respond to your communication (name, email address, telephone number)
· In order to process your order (name, email address, postal address, telephone number)
· In order to provide refund if required (name, email address, bank details)
We may share relevant information with the Royal Mail or other agreed courier in order to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of any goods ordered.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
· The Royal Mail (or other agreed courier) when using relevant Track & Trace service (or equivalent) to establish whether an order has been safely delivered (postal address, photographs of property).
· SumUp Payments Ltd (our bank) upon completion of customer transactions (name, bank details)
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) We have a legal obligation.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep personal information (names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers) and bank details for a maximum of twelve months. We will then dispose your information by shredding any paper documents (eg. proof of postage receipts) and securely deleting any information held electronically, including back-up data (eg. names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, bank details).
We do not keep a bespoke database/list of customers’ details and under no circumstances do we/shall we attempt to sell on any customer’s details or otherwise provide such information to a third party not detailed above unless by specific prior request of said customer or by said customer’s specific prior permission having been obtained.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
